A Sweet Collaboration
Sarah Emily Porter x Adam Takac
Art Yard’s special Limoncello-inspired dessert is the latest food and art collaboration between artist-in-residence Sarah Emily Porter and Chef Adam Takac.
Inspired by Sarah’s ‘Limoncello’ artwork from her food series, Adam has creatively interpreted her distinctive technique of pouring and manipulating paint on the plate. Together, they explored a vibrant palette of flavours, colours, and forms, resulting in a refreshingly zesty dessert that features a Limoncello yoghurt mousse dome, tones of Limoncello coulis. This delicious creation visually embodies Sarah’s artistic work’s colour, composition, and form.
