Chef x artist-in-residence collaboration
Art Yard’s Sofiane Kaced has teamed up with artist-in-residence Frankie Curtis to create ‘Frankie’s Burgers’. A twist on the traditional and reflecting Frankie’s signature whimsical doodle style of crazy characters, the burgers shun the bun in favour of a bagel. In a nod to her inspiration – a childhood of watching cartoons, Frankie’s Burgers are presented ‘happy meal’ style, on a bed of French fries in a special doodle box.

Beetroot patty, avocado, white cabbage slaw, alfalfa sprout and salad in a sesame seed bagel. Served on a bed of French fries.
Frankie’s Beefy Bagel £24
Beef patty Applewood smoked cheddar, white cabbage slaw, gherkin, tomato and salad in a poppy seed bagel. Served on a bed of French fries.

Our ‘Culture Curious’ initiative does not discriminate between paid and free events, the only requirement being that guests must have a ticket to be shown at or before the pay their bill.
