Our meat comes from Lyons Hill Farm, a father-son duo running a regenerative livestock farm in Dorset, championing rare breeds, they are completely passionate, if not totally obsessed, about producing exceptional meat, the old-fashioned way. Lyons Hill Farm provides a clear alternative to destructive, industrialised farming with a short, transparent supply chain.

For the environmentally conscious meat lovers
Lyons Hill Farm is a traditionally run, regenerative livestock farm in Dorset, championing rare breed White Park cattle. This ancient breed of wild white forest cattle is closely related to the aurochs and dates back more than 10,000 years. Because they allow their cattle a long lifetime to mature slowly in their natural environment, the beef is exceptional.
